Thank you for choosing dropwaycab. We aim to provide safe, affordable, and on-time taxi services across Tamil Nadu and beyond. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

  1. Booking & Confirmation
  2. Bookings can be made through our website, phone call, or WhatsApp. Please ensure accurate details including pickup location, drop location, travel date/time, passenger count, and car type. Driver details (name, phone number, vehicle number) will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp before your scheduled pickup time.

  3. Fare & Charges
  4. The fare includes: base distance rate + driver allowance + toll + parking + state entry fees (if applicable). Final fare may vary slightly due to traffic diversions or route changes. Night travel, holiday trips, or last-minute bookings may attract additional charges.

  5. Fare & Charges
  6. We accept payments via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or wallet. In some cases, a partial advance may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made at the end of the trip or as agreed during booking.

  7. Cancellation Policy
  8. You can cancel your ride up to 2 hours before pickup without any charges. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur ₹200 – ₹500 based on the distance or driver allocation status. If the driver is already en route or has reached the pickup point, full one-way fare will be charged.

  9. Waiting Charges
  10. 15 minutes of free waiting time is provided at the pickup point. After 15 minutes, a waiting charge of ₹100 per hour (or part thereof) will be applied.

  11. Luggage & Vehicle Rules
  12. Please inform us if you are carrying extra luggage, pets, or large items. Luggage must be safely packed. We are not responsible for damage caused due to poor packing. Smoking, drinking, and carrying illegal items are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

  13. Passenger Responsibility
  14. Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Please check your items before leaving the vehicle. Damages to the car interior caused by the passenger may result in a cleaning or repair charge. Seatbelts must be worn at all times for safety.

  15. Driver Rights & Safety
  16. Our drivers are trained, licensed, and instructed to drive safely and courteously. In case of misbehavior or safety concern, the driver has the right to cancel the trip with no refund. For your safety, rides may be declined in cases of excess passengers or improper requests.

  17. Service Limitations
  18. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, roadblocks, or technical issues. We will do our best to keep you informed and offer alternatives. We are not liable for delays or missed appointments caused by unforeseen events.
